About Kurt

“As an Air Force officer and then a State Representative, I learned that supporting the Constitution includes fully utilizing the rights it recognizes, such as voting, as much as it includes protecting those rights from infringement.  I look forward to serving the people of my home county by ensuring their right to vote is protected with accuracy, security, and integrity.” ~ Kurt Bahr

“Kurt Bahr impressed me with his tireless efforts when he sponsored and passed the bill to eliminate Common Core from Missouri.  He worked with both sides of the aisle and in both chambers to reach a solution that was good policy and good for our students. His character, competence, and Constitutional conviction will serve the people of St. Charles County well as their next Director of Elections.” ~Tim Jones, former Republican Speaker of the House of Missouri.
